Mom. Writer. Question asker. Agitator.
That’s me and my squad on the Cantor Rooftop Garden at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
When I'm not writing, reading, culture hopping, what if-ing, or procrastinating I'm taking care of my two children.
My lifelong love of history, art, politics and culture led me to go back to school and get a Master’s Degree in American Studies, which I finished in Summer ‘19. I now have way more questions than answers.
I spend too much money on books and too much time looking for my car keys.
I believe in magic.
I like American Art and the stories it tells. Especially Whistler’s Nocturnes.
James Abbott McNeill Whistler Nocturne: Blue and Gold - Old Battersea Bridge
I cry easily and my heart beats faster in museums.
I’m a writer.
Life is to short to give up coffee or sit still. I'm a feminist.
I never get tired of visiting the New York Botanical Garden because it both calms and amazes me.
P.S. the Boop is my childhood nickname.
